Bilingual Readiness Program for Grades 7-9 - Online Christian School Enrollment

Our 7th-9th grade Readiness Program is designed to help students strengthen the academic skills, study habits, and personal responsibility they need for the upper grades. This program combines strong instruction, meaningful reading, guided discussion, and consistent accountability in a Christ-centered learning environment.

Students meet Monday through Wednesday for 80 minutes and Thursday & Friday 40 minutes.

Schedule and Program Placing

Monday: English Language Arts + Math Lab
Students participate in English Language Arts, where they will read and work through approximately half a book each month. They will discuss the reading, analyze characters and themes, complete projects, and develop comprehension, writing and critical thinking skills. They will also attend Math Lab for 30 minutes, where they can receive support with assigned math work, ask questions, and get help with specific problems.

Tuesday: Science + Math Lab
Students study general science, exploring a wide range of scientific topics and building a strong foundation in scientific knowledge and thinking. They also attend Math Lab for 30 minutes for guided math support.

Wednesday: History & Apologetics + Math Lab
Students study History and Apologetics, learning to understand historical events while also developing a biblical worldview and learning how to defend their faith with truth, wisdom, and confidence. They also attend Math Lab for 30 minutes for continued math guidance.

Thursday: Spanish Language Arts
Students meet for 40 minutes of Spanish Language Arts, where they will read one book per month and engage in discussion, analysis, projects, and written responses similar to their English Language Arts class. Families will be responsible for purchasing the required books for both English and Spanish.

Math Support:
Math is assigned according to each student's grade level and needs. Students upload the problems they need help with so the teacher can review them and provide support during math lab sessions.

Friday: Systematic Theology
On Fridays, students attend Systematic Theology, where they grow in their understanding of biblical doctrine and deepen their faith in a structured and meaningful way.
